当事務所を開設する以前、私は外交官として、ユーゴスラビア、オーストリア、クロアチア、ニュージーランド、セルビア、ウガンダ（日本大使）といった多様な国々で勤務してきました。
これらの経験を通じて、異なる文化や価値観との接触はもちろん、国際的なコミュニケーションの奥深さと重要性を実感してきました。
特に、最近では外国人の雇用を真剣に考えている企業や事業主の方々が増えてきているように感じております。
と申しますのも、労働人口減少や少子高齢化により、わが国では外国人の労働力が今まで以上に必要になっております。コロナ禍が収束してきている中で、人流が活性化したことによって業種によっては人手不足が深刻なものとなりつつあるからです。
一方、事業主の方々におかれましては、外国人雇用に必要となる行政手続きは、その複雑さから戸惑ったり、疑問や不安を抱えることも多いかと存じます。特に初めての場合はなおさらです。

My name is Kazuaki Kameda, Representative of Kameda Immigration Service Office.
Prior to opening the Office, I, as a diplomat of Japan, have worked in countries as diverse as Yugoslavia, Austria, Croatia, New Zealand, Serbia and Uganda (Ambassador of Japan).
Through these experiences, I have witnessed first-hand the depth and importance of international communication as well as contact with different cultures and values.
More and more companies and employers are earnestly considering employing foreigners these days. This is because our country needs foreign labor more than ever due to a declining workforce, falling birthrates and an aging population. With the COVID-19 pandemic being contained, the shortage of labor is becoming a serious challenge in some industries due to the revitalization of the flow of people.
On the other hand, some employers may find the administrative procedures required for employing foreign nationals confusing and may have many questions and concerns due to their complexity, especially if it is the first time for them to do so.
